Fax never goes thru thru charge you anyways

Right after downloading I sent my first fax effortlessly. The "other" fax app Im deleting. Recommending it to my friends.

This was a app purchase out of necessity, and was worth the money spent!

Not thrilled with the price of faxing, but it is fair all things considered: works, convenient, um, works. I am glad I downloaded this. I dont have to scan or go to work or Office Depot to fax something.

Ive been out of work recently and havent had access to a fax machine. As others have mentioned, its expensive to fax from a store. I just tried this for the first time, and it was very easy to use and intuitive. The only problem I ran into was signing into the App Store. I dont do it very often, so I didnt remember my password correctly. Once that happened, the app wouldnt let me try again; it seemed to be stuck. I just closed the app and tried again and it was super easy from there.

Downloading app and sending fax is as easy as 123.

Tried to send 3 document but failed with response not a fax machine. Sent with regular fax machine on same number and it went through. When contacted customer support they ask to check with Recipient. Not willing to admit that its issue with their software. Already charged 30 credits for No Service. Thank you Fox, lesson learned. Highly recommend NOT to use, NOT to loose your money.

Did not work! Said the fax # isnt valid, yet ScannerPro sent it with no issues. It charged me 20 credits twice, both failing due to invalid #. Why charge if it would not send? Waste of $2.99!

I love your app, and its ease of use..but, I would really like it better if I had the option to receive faxes as well. I would be willing to pay extra for this. I can find apps that do both, but they want an arm and a leg to pay for it. Im retired, and only have an occasion to send or receive maybe 10 per year. Thanks again for the nice app !

Faxing from the convenience of your phone is far better than driving somewhere to do it. Saved me time and money to send an occasional fax.

Having to fax medical and insurance forms is a royal pain, but FaxFile makes this very convenient. The App Store says its free, but know that it costs 30 cents per page (Still a great deal.)

Works great so far. I sent a rather large file (25 pages) and it delivered the file in a short amount of time. I guess it depends on your wifi, but I will definitely be using this again. Much more affordable than FedEx, who wanted to charge $33 for the same thing.

Spent $9 for credits, and my fax didnt arrive. I want my $9 back!!!!

Okay, so the fax is pretty much outmoded, yet, there are still plenty of times when its a necessity. This application is not only a snap, the affordable cost of credits makes it a must have; not to mention the convenience of sending from wherever one happens to be.

This app was amazingly easy to use! I think sending a fax is reasonably priced considering I rarely send faxes, havent had a fax machine in years, and didnt want to buy a fax modem for my laptop.
